What's the minimum order?

10 units. That makes us a good fit for small teams, workshops and client gifts, not just large corporate orders.

How long does a bulk order take?

Typical turnaround is 3–4 days in Bengaluru and 7–10 days for other cities. For Diwali and year-end gifting, brief us early because festive slots fill up first.

Can we see a sample before we confirm?

Yes. We share a digital mockup with every quote, and a physical sample can be arranged for confirmed orders.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes, we issue GST invoices for all business orders.

Can you ship to several offices or to employees' homes?

Yes, We can ship to Multiple Offices. However, shipping to Employees homes will not be possible at the moment.

What logo file do you need?

A vector file (AI, SVG or PDF) works best. If you only have a PNG, send it and we'll check it for you.
