Refund policy

We strive to ensure that all our products are the best when shipped. There might be a few changes from the photos on the website and the actual product.

Please note we accept returns for defective products only. In case you would like to return a defective product, we would like you to share an unboxing video of your shipment.

In an unlikely circumstance should you wish to return a product within 7 days of delivery, kindly email us at info@futuresustain.app with the order ID, and we will help you with the return of the product. The refund will be initiated online once the product is received by us within 48 hours to the original payment method. We don't charge any return fee.

Cancellation Policy

We have received your order, and now if you wish to cancel the order, then know the following: Our shipping starts 24 hours from your order placement. So if you wish to cancel, please let us know within 24 hours on the WhatsApp message or email at info@futuresustain.app. We will refund your amount within 24 hours and share details with you.
